The Equipment within this offering was initially part of a much broader purchase of like units by an internationally recognized equipment manufacturer, service, and parts firm. While the majority of the purchased equipment was placed into service at a handful of California power plants, the firm’s EPC division was eventually dissolved prior to finding projects for the Equipment within this offering. The Equipment isnew/unused and was manufactured in 2001. The Equipment has been in storage since taking delivery from the manufacturers.
